The Leadership Team.

Since 1968, the hub of Jewish life in Charlotte has been anchored on the 54-acre campus known as Shalom Park. Now home to two synagogues, a library, a JCC, schools and summer camps that are culturally Jewish but open to all, Shalom Park made the determination in 2017 to include a Life Plan Community within its footprint. The genesis for that decision was a realization that to date, there are no culturally Jewish retirement living communities between Atlanta and Richmond.

To realize their vision, they chose to partner with Aldersgate Life Plan Services, a Charlotte-based provider of senior homes and services with a national reputation for progressive, humane and highly successful operations.

As a collaborative effort between Shalom Park and Aldersgate, the project has attracted a visionary team of experienced leaders in the senior living industry who are excited by the synergies and the dynamic vision for Generations at Shalom Park. They, in turn, have recruited dynamic individuals in every important discipline from healthcare to buildings and grounds and from food service to fitness.

We’ve got answers.
